PROGRAMS

PRIVATE LESSONS

1 on 1 instructor to player ratio is the most attentive teaching program you can have. For 30 or 60 minutes, the player is instructed to participate in power skating, shooting or skills development drills. This program is great for those that want full attention with no distractions from other players. Bring your water bottle; you will need the break!

GROUP LESSONS

For groups of more than one player, this methodology of teaching is more directed for drills designed for battling and competing against similar aged/caliber players. For 60 minutes, this program is great for, but not limited to, players in body contact and for those that want high intensity drills with a little rest in between repetitions. Power skating and skills development are also offered for those groups that want rest in between their own sets.
